Our founders, lifelong Buffalo residents and wing enthusiasts, noticed that while Buffalo was famous for its wings, many places had lost touch with what made them truly special. They set out to change that by focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients, time-honored cooking techniques, and bold flavors that honor Buffalo's wing heritage while pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Today, Wing Snob continues to grow while staying true to our roots.
